Join ONxpress as a Night Shift Safety Advisor and help lead the charge in construction safety management. This role primarily focuses on hazard assessments and regulatory compliance in a dynamic work setting.
You will be responsible for assessing construction site hazards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and educating site managers and workers about safety best practices. Additionally, your duties will entail investigating incidents and conducting regular safety audits to maintain high standards across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out comprehensive hazard assessments
• Ensure adherence to relevant safety regulations
• Provide necessary safety training to construction staff
• Investigate and document construction incidents
• Conduct safety inspections and audits regularly
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-5 years of safety experience
• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety
• Preferred certifications: NCSO, CROR, PTS
• Valid G-class driver's license needed
• Willingness to work night shifts
