The role also oversees the accurate, compliant, secure, and timely delivery of payroll services while advancing HR reporting, metrics, analytics, and benchmarking to support data-driven decision-making and organizational objectives.YOUR ROLE IN THE GAMEHR Systems & ReportingLead and evolve the HR technology strategy and roadmap, including Workday/HCMS and related HR systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and technology strategy, as well as budget requirements.Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver HR systems enhancements, configurations, and process improvements that support business objectives and operational effectiveness.Manage vendor relationships and oversee HR systems governance,
