As a Replenishment Teammate , you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience by ensuring products are stocked, organized, fresh, and readily available for customers. You'll support replenishment operations, maintain merchandising standards, and contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

- Stocking, rotating, and replenishing products throughout the store.
- Receiving, sorting, and organizing inventory deliveries.
- Building and maintaining displays according to merchandising standards and planograms.
- Conducting product quality checks and removing unsellable items.
- Supporting food safety, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention initiatives.
- Assisting customers with product inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work and shopping areas.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of merchandising, product rotation, and inventory practices is an asset.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
