In this in office position, you’ll coordinate customer expectations with operational strategies, monitor satisfaction, and facilitate effective communication. With your strong background in engineering or business, you will drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and optimize engine servicing. Leadership roles in mentoring and team empowerment will be critical to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop event strategies for customer orders
• Liaise for engine service protocol compliance




• Manage customer forecasting and rental requirements
• Lead data analysis and reporting efforts
• Review quotes and cost estimates with customers
Requirements:
• At least 8 years experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with a master's
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Technical background in engines required
• Proficient in MS Office and eager to learn additional tools
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
