Your competitive drive and expertise will be key in building robust relationships with stakeholders while working closely with engineering and leadership. Your insights will help shape product strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the sales process from prospecting through to closure
• Foster connections with hydropower utilities and conservation partners
• Collaborate with various internal teams to refine strategies




• Represent Innovasea at industry-related events
• Engage with customers to influence and drive development
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on drive
• Aptitude for prospecting new business opportunities
• Background in hydropower or fish biology beneficial
• Travel requirement of 30–40% across North America
• Must be based in Halifax and ready to collaborate
