Location: Stockton, California

Pay Range: $22.00 – $22.50 per hour
Hiring Bonus: $500 (paid 50% after 1 month and 50% after 6 months)
Aspiranet, a mission-driven nonprofit founded in 1975, supports children, youth, and families across California through six service divisions. This role focuses on providing compassionate support and intervention to at‑risk youth within the Stockton community.
Position Summary
Support Counselor II for Full Service Partnership (FSP) in Stockton will work one‑on‑one with at‑risk youth and their families in home or community settings, implementing treatment and intervention plans to promote thriving.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to clients’ homes or community settings to coach and guide at‑risk youth, strengthening their foundation for daily life.
- Build strong, positive, caring relationships to create a safe space for clients to share and seek guidance during challenging times.
- Document and share progress of treatment and intervention plans with team members, including social workers, parent partners, program managers, and clinicians.
- Attend required staff meetings, trainings, and clinical consultations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA or BS degree in a related field or completion of 45 semester units with at least 30 in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or related social sciences; or two years of experience in a mental‑health related field.
- Meet all state‑required employment conditions, including DOJ fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health physical, valid California driver’s license with acceptable driving record, and proof of insurance.

and Abilities
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
- Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when necessary.
- Strong writing and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and standard office software.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to establish and maintain qualified boundaries with clients and staff.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Field‑based position requiring travel to client homes or community settings.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday day shift with flexibility for some evenings.
