You will be accountable for team performance, recruitment outcomes, candidate and hiring manager experience, operational excellence, and the execution of talent acquisition strategies that support business objectives. You will also manage a portfolio of recruitment requisitions and lead talent acquisition initiatives designed to strengthen Fidelity's ability to attract and retain technical talent.How You’ll Make an ImpactLead and manage a team of Technology Recruiters: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technology Recruiters responsible for recruiting technical talent across multiple business areas and technology disciplines.Working with the recruiters, develop sourcing and recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill technical positions.Manage the team and the day-to-day activities by providing direction, guidance, and support, as well as managing performance and providing training support as required. Provide coaching, mentoring, and development, including on-the-job training. Conduct regular performance discussions and feedback sessions.Personally manage a portfolio of complex, critical, or senior level recruitment requisitions: Sourcing, interviewing,
