Summitwater.CaABOUT THE POSITIONWe are seeking a hands‐on Engineering Manager to lead and grow our engineering team. This role is suited for an experienced leader who can guide engineers across multiple disciplines, strengthen our project delivery processes and support the advancement of current technologies and products.You will oversee engineering activities across design, testing, manufacturing support and field execution, while helping scale our R&D and product development programs—including innovations in water reuse, treatment efficiency and commercial RO systems.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead and mentor a team of skilled engineers, fostering a collaborative and high‐performance work environment.Oversee the planning, execution and completion of engineering projects within specified timelines and budget constraints.Provide technical guidance and expertise in water management,
