This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical and leadership talent across one of the fastest-growing global industries. You’ll partner closely with clients in AI, energy, and digital infrastructure to help them build teams that design, build, and operate large-scale data centers

What You’ll

- DoPartner directly with client stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Talent Leaders, and Executives) to understand hiring goals and workforce strategie
- s.Own the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closin
- g.Develop targeted search strategies to engage hard-to-find talent, particularly in data center development, construction, commissioning, engineering, and operation
- s.Build strong pipelines of candidates in technical, operational, and leadership roles across global market




- s.Act as a trusted advisor, providing market intelligence, compensation insights, and strategic recommendation
- s.Champion an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring speed and quality of hire
