Senior Property Manager A ctive Portfolio Management + Future Development Toronto , ON Full-Time, Permanent $90,000 - $110,000 Our client, a leading real estate operator specializing in residential and commercial properties across Canada, is seeking an experiencedSenior Property Manager to oversee an established, active residential condominium community in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity for a property management professional who excels in daily operations and tenant engagement, with future opportunities to support recent development projects as the portfolio grows. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of a residential property, including contractor management, service contracts, and maintenance schedules. Lead an on-site support team including a Community Manager, Facilities Coordinator, and Cleaner. Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, residents, and ownership. Host resident engagement initiatives to foster a vibrant community atmosphere. Maintain and improve standard operating procedures. Oversee resident services, move-in/out processes, and building maintenance programs. Prepare, manage, and forecast operational budgets, complete monthly financial reporting. Ensure compliance with legislation, health and safety standards,



and company policies. Support future transition of new condominium developments into operational service. Collaborate closely with the Director of Property Management and Asset Management teams. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' property management experience, with exposure to residential condominiums. Experience with new developments or interest in project launch/start-up phases is highly valued. Strong financial acumen — budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting expertise. Experience with Yardi is strongly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with the Condominium Act and building operations standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation: Competitive annual base salary between 90,000 -110,000 CAD plus discretionary bonus.
