This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys technical leadership, client interaction, and mentoring junior staff—while still remaining close to the engineering. The Opportunity You’ll play a key role delivering and overseeing geotechnical investigations and designs for a diverse portfolio of projects, including transportation, municipal infrastructure, and private development. The role offers autonomy, long-term stability, and a clear path for continued professional growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage geotechnical projects from proposal through to delivery Oversee and review subsurface investigations, laboratory testing,
