Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Campaign & Creative Manager to manage the end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns across Display, Video, and Audio channels. This client-facing role partners with advertisers and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery, optimize performance, and provide strategic creative recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns from planning through launch.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for advertisers during campaign execution.
- Provide guidance on creative best practices, campaign requirements, and established workflows.
- Coordinate with Account Management, Ad Operations, Creative, Product, and other cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns on time.
- Oversee creative asset management, trafficking, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver optimization recommendations to improve advertiser KPIs.
- Manage billing and reconciliation activities.




- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
- Participate in campaign reviews and business meetings as required.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience managing programmatic advertising campaigns and working with DSPs.
- Robust analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
- Experience interpreting campaign metrics and making data-driven recommendations.
- Familiarity with creative asset management and tracking tags.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Photoshop, and Canva.
