This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with wireless services, internet solutions, billing inquiries, and basic device troubleshooting. Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls and email inquiries
- Assist customers with wireless, internet, billing, and account-related questions
- Troubleshoot basic device and connectivity issues
- Educate customers on plans, promotions, and available services
- Accurately update customer information in internal systems
- Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting performance goals

Qualifications:

- 1+ year of call centre, customer service, retail, or customer support experience




- Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Comfortable troubleshooting basic technology and mobile device issues
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
