Our client, a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial law firm, is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to help drive its next stage of growth. This executive leadership role is ideal for an operations-focused professional who thrives on building scalable processes, developing high-performing teams, and translating strategic vision into measurable business results.

Responsibilities

- Provide strategic operational leadership across all areas of the firm
- Develop and execute business initiatives that support long-term organizational growth
- Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators to drive informed decision-making
- Improve operational efficiencies by implementing processes, systems, and best practices
- Lead and mentor department managers while fostering accountability and collaboration
- Partner with firm leadership to develop annual business plans and strategic priorities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and team development initiatives
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve productivity and profitability
- Manage cross-functional projects and ensure successful execution of key initiatives
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and operational excellence

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field




- 5+ years of senior leadership experience in operations, business management, or executive leadership
- Experience within a law firm or other professional services organization is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success leading organizational growth and implementing operational improvements
- Strong financial and business acumen with experience interpreting operational metrics and KPIs
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Experience implementing operational frameworks such as EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is considered a significant asset
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on accountability, execution, and continuous improvement
