As a critical player in project success, you will manage the preparation of bids, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. By closely liaising with clients and interior designers, you will ensure their visions are translated into actionable scopes of work. Leading your team through training and mentorship will be vital to achieving superior results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct all estimating activities including cost modeling
• Negotiate pricing with trade partners and suppliers
• Create and oversee renovation agreements and buy orders




• Monitor and report on budget variances
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among project teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years in estimating within residential renovations
• Diploma in a relevant field is an asset
• Proven ability to mentor and develop teams
• Comprehensive knowledge of estimating software
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
