Position Overview: We are taking applications for future reference. The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service department, ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional customer satisfaction, and a high-performing team environment. This role requires a hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of Chrysler related systems, and the ability to coach and develop staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead service technicians and advisors by setting clear performance goals and maintaining a positive, productive work environment
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Schedule maintenance and repair work, monitor turnaround times, and optimize shop workflow
- Monitor and improve technician efficiency, repair accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction metrics
- Ensure technicians are fully prepared with the required parts, tools, and information for each repair
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of all aspects of Chrysler warranty processes and ensure compliance




- Ensure all service work meets or exceeds safety standards and company quality guidelines
- Recruit, train, and coach team members on communication, technical skills, and company procedures
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to company specifications
- Support technicians with complex diagnostics and repairs while staying current with evolving automotive technology
- Enforce safety regulations, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all equipment is safe to operate

Skills & Qualifications

- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high‑performing team
- Certified Technician certification with applicable specialties
- Strong expertise in automotive diagnostics and repair
- In‑depth knowledge of Chrysler systems, tools, equipment, and software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technicians, management, and customers
- Strong diagnostic, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
