Our customer located in Milton, Ontario, is looking for Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in both verbal and written forms, to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

- Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world‑class technology.
- Be a product and solutions expert! They will equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
- Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the company’s best solutions.
- Help customers navigate the company’s website and online ordering.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent problem‑solving, listening and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.




- Ability to work independently in a team.
- A team player who collaborates well with others.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus , but if you are eager to learn they provide excellent training!
- Excellent hourly pay rate ranges from $35.00 – $40.00 per hour.
