Role Overview As a Driver, you are responsible for ensuring customer orders are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. You play a key role in representing SmartShield on the road and at customer sites, while also supporting warehouse operations to ensure shipments are prepared and handled correctly. This role is well-suited for someone who takes pride in their work,



enjoys being on the road, and values both independence and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Complete daily delivery routes across multiple cities (approximately 300 km per day, with 18+ stops and regular route rotations) Ensure all deliveries are accurate, complete, and meet quality standards Perform daily circle checks and maintain logbooks in accordance with SmartShield policies Report any vehicle deficiencies, collisions, or other occurrences Maintain the interior and exterior of the truck in a clean, tidy, and professional condition at all times Assist the Warehouse Manager in picking and packing orders with accuracy Load and unload products from trucks at the warehouse and customer locations Communicate effectively with customers and team members Identify and share potential customer leads or opportunities with the team Support additional warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned The Skills You Bring You’ll do well in this role if you bring: Minimum 3-5 years of recent experience operating a 5-tonne Class D truck (or AZ Class vehicle)



Valid Driver’s License Clean driver’s abstract Ability to provide proof of insurance for a Class D or AZ vehicle for a minimum of 3 continuous years Physical ability to lift and move 50+lbs on a regular basis Comfort using a pump truck to load and unload deliveries Experience completing daily logbooks and vehicle inspections Good communication skills (the ability to communicate fluently in English is a must) A reliable, self-directed work style with the ability to manage a full delivery schedule.
