Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operation of the accounting process for clients.
- Compile reports on work progress and production problems.
- Track material inventory, prepare current orders, monitor schedules, and maintain inventory records.
- Maintain contact with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate financial planning and budgeting, analyze and correct estimates, and finalize the process.
- Supervise the development and implementation of field work and oversee field workers.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff.
- Notify senior management of critical trends affecting performance.

Qualifications

- College or university diploma or degree in accounting or business administration.

Compensation & Benefits

Wages start at $38.50 per hour for a 40‑hour week. Extended health benefits after 3 months probation.
