Job Title: Expeditor II

Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months contract (Possible extensions)

Key Responsibilities:

- Expedite and track equipment/materials to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate vendor documentation, including drawings, RFIs, ITPs, WPS, and final data requirements.
- Monitor fabrication schedules, inspections, and delivery progress to identify and mitigate delays.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Organize and lead vendor meetings, maintain records, and prepare progress reports.
- Support logistics, invoice verification, shipment issue resolution, and PO/contract closeout activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, quality, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in expediting, procurement, logistics, or supply chain.
- Knowledge of vendor documentation, purchasing, logistics, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
