Job Description:
- Solid domain expertise in banking business processes and customer journeys, with experience in EDB, InvestorLine, and Fraud operations
- Hands-on testing experience with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems & Contact Center
- Proven experience leading projects within IVR and Contact Center environments
- Solid knowledge of Amazon Connect and contact center technologies
- Hands-on experience using Jira for user story review, test case management, and defect tracking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
