As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for accessing and updating customer portals for completion dates, condition, and movement of assets, e.G. CAV RP, Exostar. You will also be responsible for sales order entries and project setup within Oracle business system. Assist with preparation of repair quotations using standard templates and costing information from other functional stakeholders. Assist with creating and submitting scrapping forms for Beyond Economical Repair material to customers. Preparing status update reports to customers for their assets in evaluation and repair. Creation and upkeep of customer taskings logbook using Excel. Assisting the Program Manager to follow up on actions from Integrated Product Team meetings.
