Mandatory Requirements

- Experience in coordinating with business, IT partners, and other subject matter experts to gather and analyze all of a client's business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Experience dealing with clients and explaining complex data principles in a thoughtful manner.
- Experience documenting user requirements, business processes, and workflows.
- Experience in a leadership and/or facilitation role.
- Experience in the design, development and implementation of complex IT solutions.
- Experience working within an agile development environment.

Nice to Have

- Bachelor degree in IT or related field of study.
- Product Owner certification: CSPO or PSPO
- Direct, hands‑on experience performing business requirement analysis related to data manipulation/transformation, cleansing and wrangling.
- Ensuring data quality, security, and governance.
- Experience aligning data architecture with organizational data strategies and digital service delivery goals.
- Experience evaluating policies, programs, and initiatives using program development principles
- Experience in project management.
- Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels.

Required Experience

- An understanding of Agile framework (SCRUM) through demonstrated experience.
- A results driven mindset and able to function independently, while engaging with other stakeholders and team members as required to deliver outcomes.
- A thorough understanding and experience using an Agile/Hybrid approach. Experience with tools such as JIRA is preferred.
- Knowledge of and the ability to apply and interpret complex legislations/regulations, policies, and standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively and productively to achieving outcomes
- Demonstrated experience conducting a gap analysis between legacy systems and modern solutions.
- Project management experience and leading product team members and staff to achieve results, and the ability to
- Apply a team-oriented and integrated approach to achieve corporate goals.
