Start Date: Sept 1, 2026

Contract Duration: 8 Months

Physical Office Location Address (even if role is remote/hybrid): 4 King Street West, 18th Floor, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M5H 1B6

Remote or Office: 3 days per week in the office required (dependent on stakeholder for days; typically, Monday through Thursday).

Schedule Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (37.5 hours per week)

Possibility of Extension: TBD

Possibility of FTE: No

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

Fluency in English and Spanish (both verbal and written) is required.

5-7 years of banking experience, ideally within risk management functions

Experience leading and executing large-scale transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

Strong understanding and knowledge of the Bank’s Retail Credit Risk segments, including policies and processes, servicing models, distribution channels and products

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and related presentation software

Nice-To-Have Skills:

Experience in credit risk for small business and retail.





Knowledge on fraud / First - party fraud

Good knowledge of Agile and Scrums

Educational Requirements:

Post-secondary education: University degree or equivalent experience, Master’s degree preferred.

PMP certification is considered an asset.

Best VS. Average Candidate:

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience delivering large-scale banking or risk management transformation initiatives, combined with robust Retail Credit Risk knowledge and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

They will be fully bilingual in English and Spanish and have experience working with international stakeholders in a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment.

Interview Process:

1st Round: Andrea and Director level panel/ in person (4 king street) or Virtual Teams/30 mins/ Behavioral questionnaire and Culture Fit

2nd Round: TBD

Working Conditions:

• Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence. Limited travel may be required.
