Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of warehouse technology initiatives, ensuring seamless inventory movement, warehouse execution, and operational efficiency across distribution networks.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product roadmap for warehouse management and inventory solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology partners to gather and prioritize requirements.
Lead the implementation and enhancement of WMS platforms to improve warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with engineering and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Develop testing strategies and acceptance criteria to validate product functionality, particularly around inventory movement, fulfillment, and warehouse execution.
Monitor product performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support pilot launches, gather user feedback, and iterate on solutions to maximize business value.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning,
and stakeholder reviews.
Partner with business stakeholders to design and implement change management strategies for successful adoption across business units.
Required Qualifications
4-10 years of experience in Product Management or as a Senior Business Analyst transitioning into a Product role.
Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementations and support.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, fulfillment, and distribution processes.
Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Knowledge of supply chain operations and inventory lifecycle management.
Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Robust stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.
Experience within Retail, eCommerce, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or Distribution industries.
Exposure to change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
Experience with large-scale warehouse automation, inventory optimization, or fulfillment technologies.
