Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the assessment of client environments and their current challenges using a structured approach to discover, develop and deliver digital solutions that are fit for purpose and enable the client to achieve desired outcomes and benefits.Manage the interface and transition from legacy systems; oversee shutdown and archiving of solutions.Conduct user training and manage organizational changes arising from implementation and use of solutions, helping clients adapt.Produce design documents and technical specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements, end-to-end data processes, governance documents,



and security specifications.Identify opportunities for improvement and promote these throughout our teams while inspiring others through commitment and enthusiasm.Foster and demonstrate an inclusive team culture focusing on service excellence and exceptional performance.Ensure effective communication with all levels of internal and client stakeholders.Translate client data and digital strategy into clear action plans and lead performance improvement initiatives.Development of small-scale applications for clients or internal use.Desirable skills and experienceStrong background in delivering digital transformation and related consultancy projects in sectors such as real estate, transport, utilities, power generation, manufacturing, defense or central government.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Autonomous, enthusiastic with strong problem-solving abilities.Experience in Data and Digital roles (e.G., Data Analyst, Digital Consultant, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Digital Architect, Technology Specialist, System Developer, or equivalent).Strong understanding of the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, including project life cycles and related information management requirements.Delivery or consulting experience in: business analysis methods, digital strategy and transformation, data strategy (architecture, modelling, governance, literacy), PMIS tools (e.G., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, Kahua, Aconex, Unifier),



Program Controls platforms, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and IaaS/PaaS/SaaS; experience with testing(unit, integration, system, UAT).Experience in extracting/integrating/querying large datasets, automating management information and analytics solutions, and programming (Python, R, SQL).Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and ISO 19650.QualificationsA degree in Computer/Data Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent.Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in management consulting, business management, software development, project management or information technology.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role.Additional InformationThe base salary range for this full time role is $75,000 - $120,000 per year.
