As Client Partnerships Manager – Fundraising Campaigns and Giving , you will steward workplace fundraising campaigns, partnering with clients (workplaces hosting campaigns) to design and deliver impactful initiatives. You’ll also engage with stakeholders (member charities and donors) to enhance donor relations, increase participation, and achieve fundraising goals. This role requires expertise in non-profit fundraising, including major gift campaigns and donor engagement strategies, to amplify the reach and impact of our Client’s mission. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Collaborate with clients to design, execute, and optimize workplace fundraising campaigns tailored to their objectives.



Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining high service standards and client satisfaction Donor Relations: Foster meaningful relationships with donors, member charities, and clients to strengthen engagement and retention. Strategic Development: Implement creative strategies for major gifts, donor acquisition, and fundraising growth. Develop and execute account strategies that drive client satisfaction and fundraising growth. Event Representation: Attend events – both in person and virtually – that support workplace giving campaigns. Insights and Reporting: Leverage data to evaluate campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and recommend improvements. Business Development: Support efforts to identify and secure new workplace partnerships to expand reach. Public Speaking Engagements in both French and English Qualifications & Experience: Bilingual Fluency (French and English). Bachelor's degree in business, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 4+ years of experience in client delivery, customer success, event planning, fundraising, major gift campaigns, or donor relations in an agency environment. Knowledge of HR and CSR benefits,



particularly related to workplace giving campaigns Proven ability to plan, execute, and analyze an operational plan. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM tools. Experience with donor engagement strategies and relationship-building in the charitable sector is an asset.
