The team enforces IT security protocols, incident and change management, and collaborates with auditors and cross‐functional teams to enhance TD Bank's security posture.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for SSL/TLS certificate renewals, lifecycle management, and encryption tools.Coordinate incident and change management processes, including yearly renewals, disaster recovery tests, maintenance changes, data centre visits, and onboarding requests.Apply public key infrastructure (PKI) enablement, data encryption, and application support skills across middleware, databases, storage, and network systems.Understand IT security, risk management, and technology controls to maintain safety and efficiency.Participate in complex projects, serve as a lead resource for technology controls, and collaborate with vendors.Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and executives.Utilize advanced tools for data security, encryption management,



and PKI implementation.Apply industry‐standard request management software to enhance workflow and productivity.Enforce enterprise frameworks and methodologies related to technology controls and information security.Contribute to incident management, remediation, and prevention methods.Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational workflows.Adapt to non‐traditional work hours, including on‐call rotations, evenings, weekends, and holidays.RequirementsStrong understanding of IT security, risk management, and relevant certifications.Advanced knowledge of technology controls, security, and risk issues.Lead expert resource for technology controls and information security for project teams and vendors.Proficiency in delivering presentations and generating reports for senior management.Experience with enterprise change, incidents, and problems via ServiceNow (advantage).Well‐versed in CipherTrust, Vormetric, and PGP tools for encryption management.Experience with Venafi and other Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.Demonstrated PKI principles, implementation, and management expertise.Comprehensive experience with encryption methodologies and technologies.Proficiency in managing Hardware Security Module (HSM) tools.Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA platforms.Knowledge of cross‐platform environments and Windows/Linux operating systems.Experience with several Linux distributions, notably Red Hat.Experience with Windows Server environments.Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms.Capacity to adapt to unconventional work schedules and on‐call support.Ability to travel for maintenance and deployment operations within data centres.Language Requirement (Quebec Only)Sans Objet#J-18808-Ljbffr
