The portfolio includes campus operations, capital planning and delivery, facilities design, maintenance and utilities, sustainability, digital enablement, and the evolution of the campus master plan. The AVP leads a diverse workforce and is accountable for service delivery, operational performance, and financial stewardship across the facilities portfolio.Key AccountabilitiesEnterprise and Strategic LeadershipChampion a bold, future‑focused vision for Facilities Management that aligns with the University’s mission and long‑term goals.Lead cross‑institutional initiatives that integrate facilities planning with academic, research, and community engagement strategies.Establish enterprise facilities governance frameworks, policies, and standards.Guide organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives to strengthen service delivery and engagement.Serve as a trusted advisor to the President’s Executive Team on infrastructure policy, risk, and strategic investment.Capital Planning & InfrastructureOversee the development and implementation of the campus master plan and multi‑year capital renewal strategy.Prioritize capital investments using condition assessments, utilization data, and risk‑based analysis.Ensure capital projects are delivered on time, on budget,
