As the Director reporting to HR and Finance, you'll oversee a team of business analysts and technical experts, ensuring system reliability and alignment with institutional goals. Your expertise will guide application development, maintenance, and user support, fostering collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse team while providing administrative guidance
• Plan and oversee operational projects and pipelines

Requirements:
• University degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years in leadership roles managing large systems
• Advanced knowledge of HR and Finance processes
• Expertise in ERP systems, preferably Workday
• Solid analytical and communication skills in both French and English
