Keep those expectations in check along the way! Supervisors are the quality control gurus, making sure everything aligns with our standards, budget, and timeline. Lead the daily charge, energize and mentor the Brand team, and team up with other departments to build strategies that boost the client's business. Supervisors are the ones who make things happen.RESPONSIBILITIES:Own those day-to-day client operations.Be the client's strategic expert, dishing out daily recommendations and ensuring smooth delivery that nails their scope of work.Champion the agency's vision! Be persuasive and articulate when sharing our awesome work and ideas.Help sell those groundbreaking ideas and protect them through execution!Build rock-solid partnerships with clients, agency teams,



and the Brand crew.Sense-check those final budgets with junior team members before they go out the door.Proactively anticipate budget overages and targets.Assemble the A-Team!
