181 Bay St., Toronto, ON M5J 2V1, CanadaJob DescriptionPosted Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 7:00 AMJob Purpose:The Vice President, Private Wealth Capital Raising role is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and converting direct high‑net‑worth investors in Ontario into purchasers of Trez Capital exempt market (OM) investment products. This role focuses on expanding the firm’s direct investor channel through proactive outreach, relationship management, investor education, and best‑in‑class client experience.Primary Accountabilities:Raise capital from direct investors in the Ontario Market for the firm’s suite of OM (Offering Memorandum) investment products.Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of HNW prospects, leveraging both inbound inquiries and proactive outbound strategies.Conduct one‑on‑one investor meetings, virtual presentations, and group sessions to explain OM products, risk profiles, and suitability considerations.Partner closely within internal sales, marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure accurate messaging and strong investor experience.Maintain accurate and timely updates within the CRM and report weekly progress, pipeline metrics, and opportunities to sales leadership.Support and help execute direct investor campaigns, webinars, and events in the Ontario market.Ensure all conversations and investor interactions meet regulatory and suitability requirements, including proper KYC documentation and adherence to all Dealing Representative obligations.Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and product knowledge sessions.Additional Accountabilities :Embraces the Trez core values:We buildTrustthrough the integrity of our people and our actions. Additional credentials (CIM, CFA, CFP, MBA) are assets.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Core Competencies):Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship‑management skills, with a proven ability to connect with HNW investors.Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Demonstrated success in business development, capital‑raising, or client advisory roles.Ability to work independently with sound judgment, as well as collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.Strong time‑management and organizational skills; able to prioritize competing demands.High ethical standards, professionalism, and integrity.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience withSalesforce CRMpreferred.Comfortable managing a fast‑paced workload in an entrepreneurial workplace.Working Conditions:Standard office environment.
