Job Description: The Community Physical Therapist is responsible for providing comprehensive services within the Community Health Services Program, as a member of a multi-disciplinary health team committed to health promotion and disease prevention. Assessment and treatment services may be provided to outpatients, inpatients, residents of nursing homes and to clients in their own homes or workplaces. This position also offers some prospect for delivery of educational programs.

Experience
- Three (3) years experience as a Physical Therapist

- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
