Completes budget planning, financial planning, actual-versus-plan-analysis, benchmarking and process improvement, forecasting and reporting activities, for the management of an assigned organization unit. Financial Controlling, Reporting & Analysis Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities to ensure accurate financial statements in line with accounting principles and RIC requirements. Preparing, reviewing, and supporting account reconciliations, accruals, and other closing topics. Assisting in maintaining integrity of books and records through proper controls, documentation, and analytical review. Supporting preparation of monthly business review materials, including financial presentations, waterfall bridges, and variance analyses. Providing detailed cost analyses, transparency on cost drivers, cost bridges, and identifying opportunities for productivity improvements. Ensuring transparency and analysis of revenue, product margins, OCOGS, and P&L roll up to support business decisions. Proactively maintaining and aligning financial reporting tools (e.G., JEDOX, HERA, ESPRIT) and supporting timely data submissions to HQ, ensuring data integrity. Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning Supporting annual budgeting and forecasting processes for Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, P&L, and New Orders. Updating forecasts and preparing variance commentary for NAM HQ and local Finance leadership. Collaborating with various functional teams to ensure integrated and accurate budget inputs. Monitoring performance against budget/forecast and supporting proactive investigations into deviations. Preparing budget and forecast presentations for Headquarters. Audit,
Compliance & Policy Support Supporting internal and external audits by preparing documentation, responding to inquiries, and participating in audit meetings. Contributing to the implementation and improvement of financial policies, standards, and business processes. Supporting adoption of new accounting policies or process changes impacting reporting. Digitalization, Tools & Process Improvement Supporting development and enhancement of dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting tools to improve financial transparency and decision‑making. Identifying and supporting implementation of digitalization and automation opportunities to streamline workflows. Supporting corporate initiatives and cross‑functional projects, applying an “outside the box” mindset. Ad‑Hoc & Operational Support Managing ad‑hoc financial analyses, reporting requests, and operational support tasks as needed. Assisting in daily operations of the DX business through collaboration with various functional teams. As a Successful Controlling Professional You Will Have Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, MBA or CPA designation preferred 3 - 5 years experience in various types of financial analyses, monthly close activities, and budgeting and forecasting Expert level skills in using business intelligence tools, data analysis and visualization, automation and digitalization is preferred (PowerBI, Microsoft PowerApps suite, SQL etc.) to manage large volumes of data Ability to manage up, down, and in all directions without expressed authority,
building appropriate rapport with colleagues at all levels of the organization Ability to effectively manage deadlines and prioritize in a rapid-paced environment with minimal supervision. Experience in business excellence & process optimization is strong plus. Sound professional judgment and excellent problem-solving competence Expert in Microsoft Office SAP experience mandatory Compensation & Benefits The expected Compensation for this position is: $73,000-$104,500. Factors which may affect starting compensation within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
