Empower individuals facing addiction challenges as an Addiction Case Manager with Peel Addiction Assessment & Referral Centre (PAARC). This role combines office tasks with community outreach focused on problem gambling.
As a key member of the PAARC team, you'll work with clients affected by problem gambling and related behavioral addictions. Your role includes providing assessments, supportive counseling, and conducting community outreach programs to raise awareness. Engage with a team-oriented network of health professionals to enhance client services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake assessments and treatment planning
• Provide ongoing counseling and case management support
• Manage crisis situations and client boundaries




• Collaborate with community partners for comprehensive care
• Document client interactions in compliance with regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License is mandatory
• Language proficiency relevant to the Peel Region
