Location: Mississauga, ON 3 days on site- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Occasional travel within Canada required)

Language: Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) is required. You will regularly support employees and leaders in both official languages.

We're looking for a bilingual Talent Development Specialist to join a collaborative healthcare organization where you'll play an integral role in supporting employees throughout their career journey. From welcoming new hires to coordinating learning initiatives and partnering with leaders on talent programs, you'll help create an engaging employee experience for a diverse, bilingual workforce.

In this role, you'll collaborate with leaders and employees across Canada, providing support in both English and French while contributing to learning, performance, and employee engagement initiatives. Your Responsibilities

- You'll coordinate onboarding programs that create a welcoming and engaging experience for new employees, ensuring orientation activities, documentation,



and learning resources are delivered in both English and French where required.
- You'll support the planning, coordination, and delivery of learning and development programs, including training sessions, leadership development initiatives, and educational resources.
- You'll partner with leaders to support performance management activities, employee development planning, and talent initiatives across bilingual teams.
- You'll contribute to employee engagement programs, helping develop communications and initiatives that foster an inclusive and team-oriented workplace.
- You'll maintain HR systems, learning records, and program metrics while preparing reports and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- You'll provide day-to-day guidance to employees and leaders, responding to inquiries professionally in both English and French.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in talent development, learning and development, employee experience, organizational development, or human resources.
- Fluency in both English and French, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages, is required.
- College diploma or university degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- CHRP designation, or progress toward obtaining it, is considered an asset.




- Experience coordinating employee onboarding, learning programs, performance management activities, or employee engagement initiatives.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and a genuine passion for helping employees learn, develop, and succeed.
