Responsibilities

- Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring team availability
- Prepare interview logistics for onsite and virtual interviews
- Maintain ATS accuracy, including candidate status tracking and compliance
- Support offer coordination and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Create requisition and assist with reporting, data audits, and process improvements
- Support recruiting analytics including pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and time-to-fill metrics
- Proactively source technical talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent databases
- Identify and engage passive candidates and build long-term talent pipelines
- Conduct resume screening and initial candidate outreach to assess fit and interest
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing strategies and role requirements
- Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines in the ATS/CRM
- Track sourcing activity, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates to improve effectiveness
- Support ad hoc projects as they come up

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or talent acquisition operations
- Experience sourcing candidates across technical roles or early-career pipelines preferred
- Familiarity with ATS,



sourcing tools, and recruiting platforms
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to analyze recruiting data and improve processes
