As the Facilities Manager, you'll oversee the upkeep of campus infrastructure and staff management, reporting to key stakeholders. You’ll also manage budgets to maintain financial goals while ensuring a safe learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness of campus buildings
• Provide timely maintenance services for facility care
• Manage budgets and oversee unionized staff

• Ensure excellent standards in support of NSCC programs
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Facilities Management
• 7-10 years in facilities management
• Experience supervising and managing teams
• Familiarity with project management and safety certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
