What You’ll Do

- Recruit, lead and inspire a team of Service Advisors and technicians.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.
- Oversee shop scheduling and workflow to maximize efficiency.
- Drive department performance, profitability, and customer retention.
- Coach, mentor, and develop your team.
- Build solid customer relationships and resolve concerns professionally.
- Work directly with ownership to help grow the business.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Manager experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.




- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- A proven track record of meeting performance goals.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for the automotive industry.
- Experience with shop management software is an asset.
