This role requires hands-on leadership to supervise construction activities while addressing site risks and maintaining productivity. You will work directly with trade contractors and the Superintendent to implement effective construction plans. A history of building solid relationships and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct on-site mass timber construction activities
• Identify and resolve potential risks and constructability issues




• Review and ensure compliance with shop drawings
• Enforce safety culture and processes in office
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment
Requirements:
• Proven trade experience with field leadership roles
• Flexibility to travel throughout Canada and the USA
• Certification in safety training like First Aid
• High degree of professionalism in all interactions
• Ability to interpret construction documents accurately
