A world of wonder awaits you.**About the Job*** The Allocation Analyst is responsible for running weekly replenishment for our own retail stores and managing the entire ordering process for all products.* Supports cluster planning teams to fully execute their product plans and achieve inventory and sales targets.* Responsible to monitor inventory at stores at the cluster level in alignment with seasonal merchandise strategies* Ensures inventory KPIs are met and takes actions in partnership with Planning team, manages inventory transfer process as needed* Acts as system expert and generalist to support the team with ad-hoc tasks and analysis* Works closely with cross-functional partners including Sales, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, Business Support and Logistics**About You**We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:* 4-year University degree* Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role* Experience with Retail (Fashion and Luxury brands)* Strong willingness to learn and understand Planning and Merchandising* Curiosity to dig into data and to understand cause and effect.**Job Requirements*** Strong proficiency in data analysis, spreadsheets (Excel) and ability to develop insights utilizing financial measurements.* Aptitude to learn current technical applications and tools.* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.**Salary Range:** $60,000-$75,000 /year *This represents the expectedhiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position.
