Role We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives who are excited to represent Neo at various activation events such as malls, campuses, local businesses, and large retail partners. You will directly acquire customers by signing them up for Neo products, including the Neo Credit card, Neo Money account, and other offerings. As the face of Neo, Sales Representatives earn a guaranteed hourly rate, an uncapped commission for each product they help customers open, and bonuses for exceeding targets. Experience in direct sales, door‑to‑door sales, telemarketing, retail, or marketing (helpful). Open to full‑time or part‑time scheduling; we can partner tocreate a schedule that works for you. Earnings Base pay $20.00 per hour, plus instant commission at point of sale, with additional performance bonuses. Average on‑target hourly wage of $36/hour.
