- Position: Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and prepare Canadian immigration applications from start to finish (Work Permits, Study Permits, Permanent Residence, etc.).
- Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients and provide clear, personalized guidance.
- Review, verify, and organize client documentation with high accuracy.
- Draft correspondence with immigration authorities (explanation letters, requests, emails, etc.).
- Prepare service agreements, invoices,



and maintain accurate records in our case management system.
- Track deadlines, manage multiple active files, and provide exceptional, empathetic client service throughout the process.

Qualifications & Experience

- Active membership in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body (CICC).
- College diploma in Immigration Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Canadian Immigration Consultant.
- Mandatory Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
- Strongly Desired Languages: Fluency in Spanish and/or French (spoken and written) is a strong asset!
- Quebec Certified Consultant status is an optional plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
