Contract Period 6 months with potential to extend or convert Pay Rate Starting from $84 per hour Location Toronto, ON Location Type Hybrid Business Hours Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Responsibilities Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes Direct preparation of financial reports, income statements, balance sheets, and executive-level presentations Manage and mentor a small finance team Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations Monitor financial performance and identify risks and opportunities Support investment, cash management, and financial planning initiatives Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Utilize financial systems and tools, including Anaplan where applicable Experience & Qualification Requirements Bachelor’s in accounting degree required 10+ years of progressive Finance and Accounting experience required Extensive FP&A experience include budgeting,



forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis Robust experience managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Leadership experience managing and developing finance teams, with advanced Excel and financial reporting skills CPA Anaplan experience Experience working in large corporate or enterprise-level finance organizations AI experience Background Screening Background screening is required as part of the onboarding process.
