Working with other members of our team, you’ll work closely with business group project delivery leadership or other senior project manager/operations leaders who provide oversight and mentoring.Key duties will includeOversight of engineering calculations and drawing preparation (e.G. hydraulics, pipe design, fittings and reinforcement, material and equipment selection)Preparation and review of Technical Memos, Reports, and SpecificationsAlignment selectionChamber/station layout and designCoordination of design with various stakeholders for permits and approvalsLeading coordination of multidisciplinary teams and supporting project management activities including scope, schedule, and budgetParticipating in proposal development, client presentations,



and business development effortsMentoring junior and intermediate staff to support team developmentSupporting quality assurance/quality control review of project deliverablesHere's what you'll needBachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering (or applicable discipline and/or equivalent experience)Licensed (or eligible to be licensed) as a Professional Engineer in the Province of OntarioMinimum 8+ years’ experience in an engineering consulting environment; 10+ years preferred forsenior-level responsibilitiesExperience managing and coordinating multiple disciplines on small to large projects, including the ability to successfully manage scope, schedule, and budgetExperience in design of large and small diameter linear infrastructureExperience in trenchless design with methods such as HDD, TBM, and MTBMExperience in condition assessment and rehabilitation (an asset)Experience in proposal preparation and business development (an asset)Experience with alternate delivery methods (an asset)Experience designing using Autodesk and MicroStation softwareExperience using hydraulic modelling software (an asset)Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skillsExcellent report writing skillsDemonstrated ability to engage with clients,



regulators, and municipal stakeholdersStrong leadership and mentorship capabilitiesThe base salary range for this position is $135,000.00 to $175,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for current hire salaries for the position across Ontario, Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
