Regional Program Director

The Little Gym of Charlotte on Providence and The Little Gym of Steele Creeke – this position will cover multiple locations.

What We Expect From You

- Teaching: Teach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!). Teaching is your job, you need to love what you do, so you need to love to teach! This will be your biggest priority.
- Leadership: Develop, grow, and maintain a fun and qualified work environment for staff. As Program Director your most important role is leading the curriculum for your team. You’ll work directly with our leadership team to ensure that our team is truly teaching the best classes.
- Public Speaking: Share knowledge of all the programs and events we offer. We tell everyone about us and it’s up to you to bring every aspect of our curriculum to life.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family and respond in professional ways with a personal touch every time.
- Business Indicators: Assist the Gym Director by studying, maintaining, and assessing key business indicators to develop and grow the business in enrollment and finances.
- Office Tasks: Handle answering phone calls, texts, emails, voicemail, and walk‑in inquiries.
- Cleaning: Maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment thoroughly.

Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
