Workiva Implementation ConsultantSalary: $86–$97 per hour (Canada) – Temporary, Fixed term contract.Location: Toronto, Ontario (Remote with occasional on‑site workshops).Contract length: 14 weeks (possible extension).Please note: if you have not done at least one Workiva implementation before, your resume will not be considered.This role involves hands‑on automation SOX testing and configuration/implementation of Workiva. You will work heavily with internal and external stakeholders, as well as an offshore delivery team.Key Responsibilities- Configure the Workiva platform by building workflows to manage SOX program.- Administer testing of integrated systems with internal teams and external vendors.- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.- Configure Workiva to support SOX testing automation,



including workflow design and backend setup.- Collaborate with offshore teams and a senior client manager to oversee implementation.- Support a large user base through scalable configuration and testing plans.Required Skills and Experience- 5–10 years of overall experience in banking/finance as a consultant.- 1–2+ large‑scale Workiva implementation projects.- Experience configuring the Workiva platform to manage SOX program, building workflows, and test plans.- Solid understanding of Workiva’s GRC module and financial reporting module.- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, experience working with offshore teams.Nice to Have Skills and Experience- Familiarity with Archer and Peoplesoft for integrations.- Exposure to Last‑Mile Reporting solutions such as Disclosure Management, Anaplan Disclosure Management, SAP Disclosure Management.Job Type- Fixed term contract- Contract length: 14 weeks- Pay: $86.00–$97.00 per hour- Expected hours: 37–40 per week- Work location: Remote (with occasional on‑site workshops in Toronto)#J-18808-Ljbffr
