As the Manager of Accounts Payable, you will oversee AP responsibilities for over 30 entities across multiple regions, focusing on process improvement and automation. You’ll guide a diverse team while ensuring timely and accurate disbursements, with a keen focus on vendor and operator communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the Accounts Payable team
• Own full-cycle accounts payable functions
• Manage regular payment runs and treasury activities
• Oversee vendor master data governance
• Ensure compliance with indirect tax requirements
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of accounts payable experience
• At least 2 years in a leadership role
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct and Beanworks
• Strong understanding of GST/HST/PST tax
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
