Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to oversee the assembly of industrial equipment and manage the workflow in assembly and painting cells.

Responsibilities

- Perform assembly of industrial equipment, including sensitive rotating assemblies.
- Execute work orders and ensure a smooth flow of work in progress.
- Supervise assembly and painting/finishing activities.
- Maintain equipment and tools in the assembly and painting cells.
- Create and update work instructions for assembly and painting cells.




- Inspect the quality of completed work orders.
- Conduct tests on assembled packages as needed.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area, following all safety rules and procedures.
- Manage consumable stock levels for smooth operation.
- Contribute to performance evaluations and employee development.

Skills & Requirements

- Solid mechanical skills.
- Professional studies diploma in Mechanical, Pneumatics, PLC, Hydraulics, or relevant technical school experience.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, assembly instructions, bills of materials, and quality control documents.
- Understanding of mechanical tolerances and precision mechanical devices.
- Demonstrated capability to lead change and implement continuous improvement.
- Effective interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to lead, train, and motivate teams.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
