- Act as an Agile Product Owner for complex projects that translate into technical features within the Digital Studio.
- Collaborate with the Digital Experience Lead to deliver initiatives and contribute to the solution development roadmap.
- Develop, manage, and prioritize the backlog based on the value and impact of initiatives.
- Ensure technical teams understand acceptance criteria and expected deliverables.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams while maintaining a focus on customer value and the contribution to the Bank, from both business and technological perspectives.
- Drive continuous improvements to optimize products and meet current and future needs.
Prerequisites
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience delivering solutions as a Product Owner (PO)
- Knowledge of the digital product landscape across both web and mobile channels
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) or equivalent tools
- Solid written and verbal communication skills and excellent stakeholder management capabilities
